Sealform

Privacy notice

For the Sealform demo site. Plain words, short sections.

Who is responsible

Sealform is a fictional company made up for a landing page demo. In a real build this section names the company, its registered address in the EU and how to reach its data-protection contact.

What we collect on this site

Contact form: your name, work email, topic and message, used only to reply. Legal basis: your consent, given with the required checkbox. Kept for 12 months after the last reply, then deleted.

Product notes: your email, only if you tick the optional box. Legal basis: consent. You can stop them from any email, and the address is deleted when you do.

Test envelope: nothing. The test on the home page runs in your browser and sends no data.

Cookies

Necessary: one entry in your browser's local storage that remembers your cookie choice. It is not sent to any server.

Analytics: off unless you turn it on. In this demo no analytics script exists, so turning it on only stores the choice.

You can change your choice at any time with 'Cookie settings' in the footer.

Where data is stored

In a real build: Frankfurt am Main, with an encrypted backup in Amsterdam. No transfers outside the EU.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
