Where exactly is my data stored?
In Frankfurt am Main, with an encrypted backup in Amsterdam. Both data centres are run by EU companies, and neither copies data outside the EU.
Do you use US companies anywhere in the chain?
No. Hosting, email delivery and support tools are all EU-based. The full subprocessor list is part of the DPA, and you hear about changes 30 days in advance.
Can I sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. Business includes a DPA under Article 28 GDPR that you sign inside the app. On other plans the standard DPA applies automatically.
What happens when the retention period ends?
The answers are deleted, files included, and purged from backups within 7 days. You get a summary email the day before, so nothing disappears by surprise.
Can I move my forms from another tool?
Import past answers from a CSV file and rebuild the form with the same fields. We do not log in to other services for you.
Is Sealform a real product?
No. Sealform is a concept made to show a landing page build. Nothing on this page is for sale, and the forms do not send anything.
